If you report the claim directly, please make sure you receive the following information from the carrier:
- Date, time and number you called to report the claim.
- Brief description of the claim you reported
- Acknowledgement of claim notice or the claim #
- Name of the person who you spoke to when the claim was reported
- Name, phone number and email of the adjuster or adjusting firm in charge of handling the claim
